You know what you play, you will have the right choice related to graphic cards. It helps you to save money and time.

Choose which manufacturers?

We have two big manufacturers who provide us with a variety of graphic cards to build your PC for gaming. They are ADM and NVIDIA. What is better between these two giants? Each of them has advantages and disadvantages.

ADM provides affordable mid and upper-range graphic cards. But it comes to high-end cards, you have more options from NVIDIA. The better manufacturer depends on your need and your budget.

Display resolution

Your display resolution is high, which means you need a powerful graphic card. Therefore, it is very essential to know about your display resolution. You will play your games on which resolution. Almost all games demand a higher resolution. Buying and using a more powerful graphics card will make the most of it.

Monitor’s refresh rate

Besides display resolution, you also need to pay attention to your monitor’s refresh rate when you want to buy a graphic card. Why? The refresh rate affects the number of times to update with new images. For example, we are mentioning graphic cards for 1080p 144Hz. This means, your monitor can update pictures 144 times per second. The higher the refresh rate your monitor has, the more powerful graphic cards you need.

Power supply

Graphic cards consume much power. It needs more power than other components of your PC. So, you need to check the power supply to ensure that it is strong enough to handle your chosen card. To build your PC with graphic cards, you also should check the compatibility between the card with the motherboard, RAM, and some key components.

Our buying guide has described the most important factors to choose the best cards. Save information and don’t forget to check these factors when you choose the one for your PC.

1. GTX and RTX: what is better?

RTX is the latest, so it has more awesome features than GTX. RTX is equipped with Tensor and RT cores. These cores are very meaningful for real-time ray tracing, as well as deep learning supersampling.

GTX card doesn’t have the extra AI and ray-tracing silicon. So, you find the older GTX prefix in older NVIDIA graphic cards. But you don’t worry so much about the quality of GTX. You can still enjoy your game with a GTX card.

2. Is there any chance to get a GPU while there is a storage of graphic cards?

You can try to manually refresh the store’s page to strike gold on the next restock. Or you can sign up and use an app – a trusty app that helps you to contact retailers. However, our advice for you is to have a graphic card in all cases.

3. Use integrated or discrete GPUs?

Most CPUs have integrated GPU inside. This GPU is interlinked with our CPU closely. This component provides power enough to run web browsers, emails, drive the operating system, and casual or older games. Integrated GPU is not powerful enough for most modern games.

The 2070 super is about 15-20% better performance. The 5700 XT is right in the middle of the two. I would go 2070 Super if you plan to keep it for 5 years. I have a Red Devil 5700 XT, I don’t personally verify stats that people test with but the fellows Tim and Steve at Hardware Unboxed go through grueling benchmark tests to reveal the most accurate numbers usually across 32 of the most recent and popular titles. The 5700 XT if I remember correctly from the video I watched yesterday is about 9% faster than the 2060 Super and 7% slower than the 2070 Super averaged across those 32 games.I have a Red Devil 5700 XT, I don’t personally verify stats that people test with but the fellows Tim and Steve at Hardware Unboxed go through grueling benchmark tests to reveal the most accurate numbers usually across 32 of the most recent and popular titles. 2070 super you will be happier with, for longer. New titles are still adding eye candy and this includes 1080p . Dont forget about that.
