I have an Asus TUF Gaming FX505DT laptop. I use the laptop mainly for college classes but I also play League of Legends on it. Can League of Legend ruin my laptop?

No, the system requirements for League of Legends are quite low compared to more modern games. Installing and playing the game will not ruin your laptop.

Only if your instructor (or parents) got so mad that you’re playing League of Legends instead of paying attention to class, that they smash your laptop in rage.
Other than that (highly unlikely) scenario, there doesn’t seem to be any reason why a GAME would ruin a GAMING laptop.
EDIT: There’s also the possibility of a sibling or relative or friend (or you) getting so mad at losing in LOL (especially during a LONG losing streak) that unintended table flips would be done, ruining the laptop.
